Physical or mental imbalance can cause a range of health and behavioural problems that no ‘diet’ alone will fix. As your health coach, in order to strive for equilibrium within body and mind together we address both nutrition (secondary foods) and non-food factors (primary foods) which may include career, physical activity, relationships, and other lifestyle choices in order to create, reach and maintain your health and wellness goals.

Every person is 100% unique in their genetics and lifestyle; therefore, having studied over 100 dietary theories, I tailor to your individual needs and current circumstances. There are no fad diets, instead, we focus on adding fresh, suitable foods in order to crowd out sugar, processed or problem foods and beverages.

Where appropriate, we can work alongside doctors and practitioners to ensure that there is a closely knitted support system to help you on the road to health and happiness.
